Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be processed immediately and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The time frame for this inspection process is typically 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.

Sale items are eligible for refund unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable. If you received a gift that you'd like to return, please contact us with your order details, and we will provide you with specific instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your statement.
